BridgeSpace is a real estate investor, developer, and operator born out of Bridge Storage with a vision to creatively adapt and develop under-used properties for a variety of uses including providing space for artists, musicians and creatives of all types.

Managing approximately $14 million in assets, BridgeSpace continues to seek opportunities to serve the Richmond community in innovative ways, handling all phases of property identification and acquisition, development and leasing for itself and its clients.
